1. Organizer

This campaign is organized by Guan Chong Agro Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. [1251151-K]), located at Masjid Tanah, Melaka, Malaysia (“the Organizer”).

2. Campaign Period

The Spend & Win Lucky Draw (“the Campaign”) will run from 6 to 7 November 2025 at Guan Chong Agro Sdn. Bhd. premises.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

3. Eligibility
            •           This Campaign is strictly open to individual customers who make cash purchases at Guan Chong Agro Sdn. Bhd. during the Campaign Period.
            •           Each purchase of RM250 (cash only) in a single receipt entitles the customer to one (1) Spin & Win draw entry.
            •           Each purchase of RM1000 (cash only) in a single receipt entitles the customer to one (1) Grand Lucky Draw entry.
            •           Corporate accounts, wholesale transactions, credit term customers, and employees of Guan Chong Agro Sdn. Bhd., including their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
            •           The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that do not meet the stated criteria.

4. Participation Method
            1.         Customers must make qualifying cash purchases at the Organizer’s store during the Campaign Period.
            2.         Proof of purchase (original cash receipt or invoice) must be presented at the registration counter to participate in the draw.
            3.         Entries without valid receipts, unclear information, or incomplete details will be disqualified.
            4.         Each receipt is eligible for one participation only and cannot be combined with other receipts.

5. Prizes
            •           All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
            •           Prizes shown in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only. Actual items may differ in color, model, or design.
            •           The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value at its sole discretion without prior notice.

6. Draw Details
            •           Instant Spin & Win: Eligible participants can spin the wheel at the event venue immediately after making a qualifying purchase.
            •           Grand Lucky Draw: Will be conducted on 7 November 2025, and winners will be selected randomly.
            •           The Organizer’s decision on the selection of winners is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.

7. Winner Announcement
            •           Winners may be announced on-site during the event, on Guan Chong Agro’s official website, or via its social media platforms.
            •           Winners will also be notified by phone or WhatsApp using the contact number provided at the time of participation.
            •           The Organizer shall not be responsible for any failure to contact a winner due to incorrect or unreachable contact details.

8. Prize Collection
            •           Winners must claim their prizes within 14 days from the date of announcement.
            •           Prizes must be collected in person at Guan Chong Agro Sdn. Bhd. during business hours.
            •           Winners are required to present their original cash receipt or identification card for verification.
            •           Unclaimed prizes after the stipulated period will be forfeited without further notice, and the Organizer reserves the right to deal with such prizes at its discretion.

9. Rights of the Organizer
            •           The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with or attempts to manipulate the Campaign process.
            •           The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign without prior notice.
            •           The Organizer reserves the right to use winners’ names, photos, and participation details for marketing or publicity purposes without additional compensation.

10. Liability & Disclaimer
            •           The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or accident arising from participation in this Campaign or from the use of any prizes.
            •           The Organizer shall not be liable for any technical errors, data loss, or communication failures affecting participation.
            •           By participating, all participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions herein.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
